A Non Governmental Organization based in Texas USA known as NG foundation to build an International School at Amambata, Atta Ikeduru Imo state.
Speaking during the brick laying ceremony of Ngozi foundation, the President and founder of NGO, Mr. Chukwunta Chinedu Moses who is from Amambata Community said the vision is bourn out of the burning desire to give the less privileged children the opportunity have qualitative education.
According to him, the school would be of international standard and would churn out leaders of tomorrow from a descent and God fearing environment.
He also revealed that the school is expected to commence admission in a year time while pointing out that the NGO would fund and sustain the school.
Speaking also, the treasurer of the NGO, Paula Frost said that the NGO is bent in for humanitarian service and is given back to the Society by giving the children of the area the opportunity to acquire education and become responsible citizens.
Frost also averred that the school would kick of with pupils between the ages of 3 and 12yrs old while assuring that the school would take care of its pupils at no charge rate while urging parents to avail their children for this opportunity.
In her words, the secretary of the NGO, Ojugo Jane Nkiruka opined that Amambata community where the school is situated would have higher quota in the admission process while pointing out that the International School would take responsible of the mental and moral development of the child and make sure the pupils are groomed to be unrivaled intellectuals.
While commending the vision, Ojugo urged parents to be part of the vision and avail themselves for service when needed assuring that the school would as well trigger development in the area.
